Pre-Christmas Event

Participants in the Intercultural Mentoring mixed and mingled at an event centered around Advent as it is typically celebrated in this region.

Almost 80 participants of the intercultural mentoring program came together in the Service Center Studium last Thursday, November 29, 2018 to enjoy a Pre-Christmas party.

One big takeaway from feedback of the participants of last year’s Intercultural Mentoring program had been the interest in more opportunities to network within the program, beyond the kick-off event, intercultural trainings and the closing event offered by the Kompetenznetzwerk Studierendenmentoring.

For the mentors and mentees within the intercultural mentoring who have started their mentoring relationships in October, the Pre-Christmas party made it possible to meet and mingle with other participants and build further contacts, enjoying seasonal, a sip of apple cider punch and trying their hand at typical handicraft in a festive atmosphere.
