The kick-off event marks the official beginning of the mentoring relationship. Participation is obligatory for mentors and mentees. Mentors and mentees come together to the kick-off and will receive further information about the procedure. And most importantly, they will have the chance to get to know all other participants so that they can make contacts easily and quickly establish a network.
