The workouts on 12th and 16th April were hosted by Annika, who motivated all the participants to take the time to do something good for themselves and their bodies! "It is so motivating to workout in group instead of alone!" one of the participants summarized, “They pushed me to keep going just by knowing I wasn’t exercising by myself- the high energy Annika brought was contagious!” Thank you, Annika!
